Abstract

 

The purposes  of  this  research  was  to  study  the   process  of  training  and  development  of  the  school  risky  youth  in  living  was  against  the  line  with  Buddha  Dhamma, and for studying the way how  to  train  and  develop  the  school  risky  youth for a  proper  living  in  line  with  the  Buddha Dhamma.  In  working  this  research  by  using the quanlity research procedure,  by collecting  the  data  from  doing  a  profound  interview  the  school  activity  personal  of  five  secondaries  level  school  in  Amphur  Moung  Lamphun.

The  results  of  studying problems  are  the  training  and  development  of  the  school  risky  youth  in  living  are  against  the  line  with  Buddha  Dhamma,  Thase  are  the personal processes in the school have realized  to the  drugs  risky  youth  problems conditions  in  school.  They are the  problems  that  should  have  to  depend  on  the social  institution,  especially  the Buddhism  institution  should  have  been  interested  in  the educational  process.  The  risky  youth educational  process  have  an  element  to the work  proceeded in orderly, such as the policy  of  the  administers,  the  objective of  school,  and  the  co-operating  to  find  the  way  how  to  protect  and  develop  the  youth.  In  working  have  some  problems  in  the  youth  educational  process  such  as  the  family  in  accepted  behavior  of  their  children,  and  the  efficiency  instrument  in  educational.  The  way  how  to  develop  the  school  risky  youth  for  a  proper  living  in  line  with  the  Buddha  Dhamma.  The  main  fractions, the  personals  in  school  would  have  to  study  the  minor  culture  of  the  risky  youth,  such  as  gentle  means  processing,  harsh  means  process, and  the  way  how  to  let  them  go  along  the  social  system.  The  trend  of  the  youth  development  would  have  to  work  together  with  the  co-operating  of  the  social  institute  especially,  the  family  is  the  main  institute  in  protecting  and  youth  development,  also  the  role  of  the  monks.  Are  the  main  part  in working under the  Buddhism activity  to  be  succeeded  in  youth  implant  character in appropriate living  in the line with Buddha  Dhamma, They  would  be  good  conduct and  good  virtue in living.
