Abstract

                     This Research is Three Objectives, 1) to study the levels of the viewpoint about the Personnel Administration at the Faculty of Education, National University of Laos, Lao people’s Democratic Republic. 2) to compare with opinion Level in the Personnel Administration and 3) to study the suggestion about the Personnel Administration at the Faculty of Education, National University of Laos, Lao people’s Democratic Republic. This research is carried out by separating the data from the Independent Variance like Gender, age, qualification, and working experience. The population used in this research was of one hundred and fifty nine people and the research instruments were questionnaires created by the researcher. The confident value was .95.            The statistics  used to calculate in data Analysis were Frequency, Percents, Means, Standard Deviation, One – way ANOVA and Pearson’ product moment correlation, and all the data analysis Processed by Using Readymade Program for Windows. 

                     From the Research, it is found that.

                     1. The Opinion Level about the Personnel Administration at the Faculty of Education , National University of Laos, Lao people’s Democratic Republic on Five Sides was overall at the high-level of (  = 3.61, S.D. = .75)

                     2. From the Hypothetic test ,it is that found the executives and teachers of different genders had the opinion level in the personnel administration variously the fact of which             is statistically important .05 level coinciding with the hypothesis that the executives and teachers    of different genders had the different opinion on the personnel Administration Regarding the age, the qualification and of working experience, it is found that  the executives and teachers              in different had the opinion level on the personnel administration in statistically important .05 level which was not concordant to the hypothesis that the executives and the teachers, are of ages, qualifications and working experiences opinion on the personnel Administration .

 

                     Suggestion

                     This Educational research could make the research to know that the Personnel Administration at The Faculty of Education, National University of Laos, Lao people’s Democratic Republic. The Administrators should survey the problem, the obstacles, the patrol and the requirement for the data in planning appropriately. They should provide a person for the work and proper ability like putting the right man in the right job, should be the improvement   the adaptation and the encouragement the personnel to have education in the country and the foreign countries. The administrators should send the personnel to have the activities, the training,         the academic field, the seminar and the study tour arrangement in domestic and foreign countries. The administrators should supports the policies in motivation of working practice for personnel, such as the admiration of the person with an excellent work, the encouragement and the support to the personnel to continue their studied and a good  person should be rewarded and announce    to public officially.
