Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                       The purposes of this research are: study and to compare of desirable Characteristics of Dhamma Studies Monk Teachers of the Schools in Bangkok. The sample was   647 dhamma studies monk teachers, school administrators, mentor teachers and students in Bangkok. The  tools of research were the constructed questionnaires rating scale 5 level. The Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. T-test and one–way ANOVA were used to test the significant differences at 0.05 level.

                       The results of the thesis are as follows:

                       1. For overall aspect, the perception of the dhamma studies monk teachers, school administrators, mentor teachers and students on the desirable characteristics of dhamma studies monk teachers of the schools in Bangkok were at highest level. When considering in each aspect find out that the dhamma studies monk teachers, school administrators, mentor teachers and students pay attention in the high level, Sort items with mean the most to the least items of the three aspects are the ethics, the dignified, knowledge.

                       2. The result of comparative about desirable characteristics of the dhamma studies monk teachers in the schools, classifying with status, sex, age and education degree of the dhamma studies monk teachers, school administrators, and mentor teachers it finds out that the perception were not significantly different all aspects at 0.05 level.

 

                       3. The result of comparative about desirable characteristics of the dhamma studies monk teachers in the schools, classifying with sex, age and schools find out that the perception were different on knowledge, but on dignified and ethics were not significantly different              at 0.05 level.
