Abstract

 The objectives of this research were to study the condition personnel resource management, Bangkok Vocational School, To compare the opinions of administrators and teachers to the conditions and needs. Personnel administration, the population of this study is a vocational training school personnel in Bangkok, including Government Employees. Temporary lecturer of 10 primary schools, 154 students used in the study was a questionnaire which was developed more Questionnaires were completed, including 154 questionnaires or 100 percent of data analysis were using SPSS in social science is divided into two parts, the first descriptive statistics to analyze the status of respondents by percentage, mean and standard deviation.
