Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of Nakhonsawan Buddhist college

Abstract

 The objectives of the study were as follows : 1) to study the problems, barriers and suggestions in the study of Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of  Nakhonsawan Buddhist college  2) to study Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of  Nakhonsawan Buddhist college 3) to compare the opinions of administrators, faculty and students with Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of  Nakhonsawan Buddhist college by classifying on personal factors. The study has focused on 211 respondents. Research methodology employed the Simple Random sampling. The questionnaire constructed and used for the study have been well established. The data analysis techniques used  frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses of the study have been tested by t-test and F –test (One Way ANOVA). If there were significant difference the Least Significant Difference : (LSD)  would be further computed.  And summarized the problems, obstacles and suggestions by the analysis and synthesis of data.

The findings of the study were as follows : Opinions of administrators, faculty, staff and students towards Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College, Most of the respondents were males for the number of 129 bodies (61.14%). The respondents aged 20 – 25 years were found 106 bodies (50.24%). The respondents had a status of laymen 122 bodies (57.82%). Educational level of respondents comprised of Bachelor’s Degree 196 bodies (92.89%). Respondents were 195 students (92.42%). The administrators, faculty, staff and students had the opinions towards Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College as a whole was in high mean scores            ( = 4.05). When considering to each aspect there were found that the administrators, faculty, staff and students had the opinions towards Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College in high mean scores in all aspects. The descending order of each aspect for four States of success were Viriya (exertion) and Vimamsa (reasoning). This two aspects had equally high mean scores ( = 4.09). the later two aspects viz Citta (thoughtfulness) and Chanda (will) had mean scores ( = 4.07) and ( = 3.95) respectively. When compare the opinions of administrators, faculty, staff and students of Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College by classifying on personal factors there were found that the difference positions of respondents had been significant difference there were significant difference at .05 level. However, gender, age, status and education level were no significant difference at .05 level.

The suggestions of the study, in order to apply Educational Quality Assurance According to Four States of success of Nakhonsawan Buddhist College. The related persons should consider the important of Four States of success including Chanda (will). Viriya (exertion), Citta (thoughtfulness) and Vimansa (reasoning) to optimized of their own organization. These were because all related persons in Nakhonswan Buddhist College have had difference qualifications, seniority and temperament. But one thing the related persons should be expected a quality of education in accordance with Four States of success and there were impossibility if not all stakeholders to integrate and learnt and practiced effectively to lead their organization towards accomplishment.
