Abstract

 

             The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the personal factors of people in  Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province, (2) to study the Sucarita-based administration of the administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province, (3) to compare the Sucarita-based administration of the administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province according to the opinion of people who had different personal factors, and (4) study a way to develop the Sucarita-based administration of the administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province.

             This research studied in a mixed method: a quantitative research and a qualitative research in order to study the opinion of people in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province. The sample was 379 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire to collect all data, analyzed in the social science. The statistics for data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (independent sample) and one way ANOVA. The research instrument for the qualitative research was the in-depth interview to collect data from five key informants. The collected data was analyzed by means of the content analysis technique with studying the context, academic paper and related researches to make this study clear and rational.

             A result of this study was found in the following aspects.

 

             1. People in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province were differently in 31-40 of their age, primary school, a manual laborer, and 3,001-5,000 baht of their salary.

 

             2. The people’s opinion on the Sucarita-based administration of administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province as a whole was in the high level (= 3.97). When each aspect was considered, it was found that the high level was in all aspects, orderly organized from the high to the low: Kaya Sucarita (true bodily action), Vaci Sucarita (true verbal action), and Mano Sucarita (true mental action).

             3. The people who had different occupations and salary had different opinion on the Sucarita-based administration of administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province. This result followed the specified hypothesis. However, the people who had the different sex, age, and education had indifferent opinion on the Sucarita-based administration of administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality, Kaengkhro district, Chaiyaphum province. This result denied the specified hypothesis.

 

             4. A way to develop the Sucarita-based administration of administrators in the Kaengkhro Sub-district Municipality was in the following aspects. In Kaya Sucarita, the administrators ought to make the personnel to give all people a good service, to follow the changeable technology, make the personnel work efficiently with such technology in order to support the people’s happy life, and behave as a good model by following the social rules.  

 

             In Vaci Sucarita, the administrators ought to make the personnel produce polite speech proper for time, creative and useful for the community, grow friendly relations among the personnel, give a good service to the community, be free from speech that caused the conflict, help people with useful advice, live together with the other people harmoniously, and produce harmony with true speech.

          In Mano Sucarita, the administrators ought to use the strategy and responsibility for the duty among all personnel equally, hold impartiality for all personnel, aim at bringing the great benefits to people by following the public-centered benefits for people’s happy life and aim at making people satisfied in the given service.
