To study this researchas The Personal Administration of school

Administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7. of the primary Educational Service, Pathumthani Area Office1.The objectives were 1. To Study personnel administration of School Administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7. of The primary Educational Service, Pathumthani Area Office 1. 2.to compare the level of attitude of  Administrators and Teachers to personal Administration of school Administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7. of the primary Educational Service,  Pathumthani Area Office 1. And 3. To study the suggestion to method of personal Administration of schools the Administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7. of the primary Educational Service, Pathumthani Area Office 1. For five Sides such as the personal planning man-power management to work personal development, personal preservation and personal work measurement. The object of research as quality research by Sampling groups of Administrators and primart school Teachers amont 302 persons, 37 school, To analyse the percentage, Standard Deviatio hypothesis test to analyze  according to reriables as one way (One Way Anova) as the Case there were two groups”

 

 

The research’s Result as followings :

 

1. The data analysis’s result of administrators’ viewpoint and teachers to personnel Administration of school Administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7. of the five total imager in the nigh level were the personal preservation and Seconarily i.e personal work measurement, personal planning and personal development respectively.

2. The data analysis’s result to compare respectively according to sex, age, education’s level, administrators’ position and ministration of school administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7. of the five total images to find the ralue t-test and t-test. The total hypowhesis test has seen that administrators and teachers to give the viewpoint to personal  Administration according to Suppurisadhamma 7 were the personal planning, to personal provision to Practice in work personal development, personal preservation, personal practice me as ur ment in differently.

Personnel administration’s suggestion of school administrators according to Suppurisadhamma 7.

1. Personnel planning that was the administrators Should be proper job description, personnel planning’s good estimation, Knowing in man-power provision carefully, proper man-power planning with budgeting to get the sections which was the cooperation in Situational planning.

2. Personnel provision to work in praetice was the administrators Should provide the teachers to work in practice by morality principles and the teachers should pastipate the viewpoint to open the chance the chance the teacher to guidline the ways to provide personal one to work in practice seeing the abilities, special & ation and the major to be finished the education, to be practiced the work in properly and efficiently, To be considered goudness and proper and fair satisfaction

3. Personnel development to whom the administrators Should provide the orientation to proper teachers such as the meeting, training as the group, according to teachers’ interesting, opening the chance to teachers to develop knowing and situation according to interesting, commander field, to allocate the budgeting to support payment in teachers develop-meat  to developer and learning management efficiently and  successfully. The most impotance fur administrators to bunid grud spirit to teachers in accordance with work responsibility in luty to get assignment and to get highest usefulness for yourself, school and service.

4. Personnel preservation to work the administrators should provide the work discipline clearly, welfare provision to teachers according to adeyuate time, to provide the material to the teachers in properly, to provide physical service, to praise the teachers buiding the best work and admin’s trators to think of teachers’ safety only.

5. Personnel practice’s measurement that was the administrators should be format and work permit’s result to teachers continuously and to be able to bring the work permit’s result in teachers’ work measunrnt very often, to open the chance to teachers in academic viewpoint and to open the chance to School Educational Committee in accordance with formal teacheres’ me asurement in consideration the goodness and likelihood ford accomplishment
