Abstract

ABSTRACT

                  

                   The research on the Learning Activities according to Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal  and Informal Education Centre, Bangkholaem District, Bangkok. The main purposes were threefold: 1. to study the condition of the learning activities according to  sufficiency  economy  of non-formal and informal education  centre. 2. to compare the level of the students' opinions towards the learning activities according to  sufficiency economy. 3. to study problems, obstacles, recommendations and the guidelines of the students towards the  learning activities   according to sufficiency economy.

                   This research form used Quantitative Research, Survey Research Methods  and  a questionnaire was used to collect data.      the sample groups to the research were 273 students at non-formal and informal education centre, high school level. The statistics used in data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, testing of the t-test and the F-test by one-way analysis of variance.

Research findings were as follows:

                    1. Concerning about the students' attitudes towards learning activities according  to sufficiency economy of non-formal and informal education centre of the 5 aspects. The overall were at the high level, with an average of 4.14. When considering each individual aspect, it was found that  1 the aspect of Modesty: to equip students with knowledge, the economical, frugality and the amount of assets to be acquired according to their positions. The  students' opinions. At the highest level, with an average of 4.16.  2 the aspect of reasonableness: to encourage the learning of accounting income - expenses of the family with honesty to themselves. The students' opinions. At the highest level,with an average of 4.19. 3 the aspect of having a better immunity: to equip students with knowledge of the impact of changes in economic, social and cultural environment. The students' opinions. At the highest level, with an average of 4.18.  4 the aspect of the conditions of knowledge: the promotion of technical knowledge that could be applied in everyday life. The students' opinions. At the highest level, with an average of 4.25.  5 the conditions aspect of morality: to encourage students to behave as a good model. The students' opinions. At the highest level, with an average of 4.27.

                    2. To compare the level of the students' opinions towards the learning activities  according to sufficiency economy. Classified by sex, age, occupation and income. The overall found that the students' opinions were not significantly different at the 0.05 level, therefore, it did not comply with the hypothesis that had been set. When considering each individual aspect, it was found that the aspect of incomes: the students' opinions differed statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Therefore, it was consistent with the hypothesis that had been set. But the opinions of students classified by sex, age and occupation were found to be not significantly different at the 0.05 level of significance is consistent with the hypothesis that had been set.

                    3.  The problems, obstacles, recommendations and guidelines of the students towards  the  learning  activities  according  to  sufficiency economy. These five aspects were as follows:

                        3.1 The aspect of Modesty: the lack of action to help the students learn professional embroidery to reduce household expenses. The school should promote the professional skills to students with a variety of career aptitude to reduce household expenses.

                         3.2 The aspect of reasonableness: the lack of promotion for the students to learn how to feed  the animals as appropriate for each district, the school should encourage students to learn how to feed the animals as appropriate for each district.

                            3.3 The aspect of having a better immunity: the lack of learning the use of fertilizers such as compost manure to grow vegetables to save on the use of chemical fertilizers. The school should encourage students to learn to produce the organic fertilizer is used to save money in the household.

                        3.4 The aspect of the conditions of knowledge: the lack of knowledge about the edible fence vegetables. By planting vegetables in the kitchen garden by replacing the fence vegetables. The school should encourage students to learn to grow vegetables in the kitchen garden by replacing the fence vegetables.

                                       3.5 The conditions aspect of morality: the  lack of supporting students to maintain a clean environment, peaceful and safe from thieves and criminals and drugs the school should encourage students to learn about keeping the environment clean, peaceful, safe from  thieves and criminals and drugs.
