Abstract

 

 

         The objectives of this research were of follows 1) To study the academic administration of school administrators according to Brahmavihara  Dhamma principle in school, Husai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province 2) To compare opinion on academic administration according to Brahmavihara  Dhamma principle in school, Husai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of private factors 3) To study the problem and suggestion on application in academic administration of school administrator in school Husai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The samples were administrators and teacher in school,Husai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province academic year 2015, there are 130 persons, this is a survey research, data collection by questionnaire, data analysis by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one way ANOVA, LSD method and summary the problem and suggestion with analysis and synthesis.      

 

 

 

 

 

         The findings were as follows

 

             1) The academic administration of administrators and teacher by overview was at more level when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of learning process development was the highest mean and the aspect of assessment and learning result comparison and followed up the aspect of media, innovation, information technology development in education and the aspect of curriculum administration was the lowest mean respectively.

             2) The comparative result on application of Brahmavihara  Dhamma principle in school, Husai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, degree of education and work experiences found that there were different as statistically significance

 

             3) The suggestions on the way to promote for academic administration of school administrators in Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The aspect of curriculum development was the highest frequency i.e. there should have training on curriculum awareness and followed up the aspect of leaning process development i.e. there provide teacher for all classes.
