The research was learning management of Buddhist Subject with Itthibath 4 to get achievement for the 3^rd Secondary students Watnaulnoradit Phasicharoen Bangkok region 1. It was an experimental research. The objectives were: 1. To study Learning Management of Buddhist Subject with Itthibath 4 to get achievement for the 3^rd secondary students before and after studied. 2. To found the achievement of learning management of Buddhist Subject with Itthibath 4 to Get Achievement for the 3^rd Secondary students Watnaulnoradit Phasicharoen Bangkok region 1 before and after studied.

The result had found that;

  1. learning management of Buddhist Subject with Itthibath 4 to Get Achievement for the 3^rd Secondary students Watnaulnoradit Phasicharoen Bangkok region 1 before and after studied had average (x̅) at 5.83 and standard deviation (S.D.) at .984 that lower than average (x̅) after studied at 6.65 and standard deviation (S.D.) at 1.052. That means the achievement after was higher than before studied.

       2. The achievement of learning management of Buddhist Subject with Itthibath 4 to get achievement for the 3^rd Secondary students Watnaulnoradit Phasicharoen Bangkok region 1 before and after studied had average (x̅) at 5.65 and standard deviation (S.D.) at .864 that lower than average (x̅) after studied at 6.88 and standard deviation (S.D.) at 1.244. That means the achievement after was higher than before studied.
