Abstract

Research for development of learning achievement on Buddhist subject by using Positive Reinforcement for the 1st Secondary School Students, Bangrachanwittaya School, Bangrachan district Singburi Province. This purpose has the following objectives: 1) to development of learning achievement on Buddhist subject by using Positive Reinforcement for   the 1st Secondary School Students, Bangrachanwittaya School, Bangrachan district Singburi Province. 2) To development of learning achievement on Buddhist subject by using Positive Reinforcement for the 1st Secondary School Students, Bangrachanwittaya School, Bangrachan district Singburi Province. The sample groups used in this research were the 1st Secondary School Students, Number  41 persons by choosing a sample group that was specific 1 class. The implements for this research were Learning Management Plans 1 - 4, amount 8 hours, learning unit 6, the important day Buddhism and ordinances. The record of job submission behavior, behavior record, the statistical used in research was to find the percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The results were found that:

1. The result of the development of learning achievement on Buddhist subject by using Positive Reinforcement for the 1st Secondary School Students at Bangraachanwittaya school that was found to be effective according to the standard criteria (E1) 37.26 / (E2 85.49, which was higher than the normal 80/80 set criteria.

              

               2. The comparison of learning achievement in Buddhist subject for the 1st Secondary School Students on the important days of Buddhism and ordinances were found that learning achievement of learners were significantly higher than before learning at the level of 0.05 from comparison of learning achievement before and after learning.
