Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research are 1) to management according to the principle of the Brahmavihãra iv in the Primary schools in Bangkok. 2) to study the way of the management of the personnel, in Brahmavihãra iv in the Primary schools in Bangkok. 3) to study the problems and difficulties faced by the personnel by the sublime states of mind, in Brahmavihãra iv in the Primary schools In Bangkok. The samples used in this research are the managers and the staff of 155 people. A tool used in this research is the analigation the data with a frequency determined by the arithmetic mean, the Standard deviation and .

The findings of this study were as follows:

The personnel’s of pinions toward the personnel in accordance is the Brahmavihãra iv in the Primary schools are overall at the high level. In considering side that by side, it is found the Staff reviews the personnel management principles of the Brahmavihãra iv in the Primary schools at the high level in many areas. The average values are from the most to the least. That in from high level of compassion to the feelings of pleasure and equanimity, respectively.

From the way of solving the problems, it is frond that the administration should have loving-kindness witch shows out the best wishes to all the staff equally. On the side of compassion, the administrator should give hospitality to all staff equally. On the side of sympathetic joy, they should have a positive attitude towards the people in the people’s success.

 

On the side of the equanimity, the executive people should be neutral in every way. For the truth of any situation, the department should inguinal about the before it decides whether it is right or wrong.

In the personnel’s view on the problems and the solutions of the problem of the kind of discrimination, we want others to be happy persons who own benefit, and are the people who are their superiors in the complaint,. Feelings of pleasure to congratulate the management and the staff are not only congratulating every employee. In the equanimity, the administration does not consider the pros and cons according to the actual truth. They do not trust fall neutral bias.
