Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

In this studyThe objective of the study. The Principles of Good  Governance in the Academic administration of  the administrators at  Primary schools BangKholaem  Area District  the Primary Educational  Service Area  Office 2, Bangkok  To compare the level of opinion. The Principles of  Good  governance in the administration of  the administrators at  Primary schools BangKholaem.  The problems and suggestions. The Principles of Good  Governance in the administration of  the administrators at  Primary schools BangKholaem . The sample used in this study. Administrators and teachers of 136 students in the research questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T - Test and one-way analysis of Variance (One-way ANOVA).

                The findings of research were as follows :

                The results showed that the level of administration according to the principles of good governance. The overall level of all administrators and teachers are the most dominant feature is the principle of transparency. The main value. Responsibility, Integrity and the rule of law is involved. When comparing the opinions of administrators and teachers in schools with the management principles of good governance by Sex, Age and experience is no different.

 

The Principles of Good Governance in the Study are as follows: 1) The rule of law. Administrative rules and regulations prior to coming to school. Should be established. The committee held a public hearing 2) Management should focus on integrity and ethics. Rely on professional ethics. Fair-minded 3) The Principle of transparency. Management should be in every meeting. Opportunities to ask questions and get 4) The Principles of participation. Management should be involved in school activities. Advisory and support to people 5) The primary responsibility. Management should be responsible for the mission. The schools were not neglected. Or declined 6) the value. Management should take action to work for my money and time. Works and what to invest. For the purpose of the school.
